At Lek Mer Kajak & SUP, we strive to create unforgettable experiences on the water, where every paddle tour is an opportunity to discover the beauty of the city. We believe in promoting a sustainable and safe paddling culture, where respect for the environment and each other is at the forefront.
Every season we are about 15 people who together work with our rentals, courses and guided tours.
Safety, Knowledge & Fun

Kayak Rental staff
As rental staff at Lek Mer Kayak & SUP, you are the face of our business and play a central role in creating a positive experience for our customers. Your main duties include:
- Welcome and assist customers with kayak and SUP rentals.
- Manage bookings and payments.
- Provide safety instructions and tips for a safe paddling experience.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good condition and ready for use.
- Assisting customers with preparation and equipment during launch and recovery.
We are looking for you who are service-oriented, have an interest in water sports and enjoy working outdoors. Previous experience in customer service or paddling is an advantage but not a requirement. Welcome to join our team and contribute to making paddling accessible and fun for everyone!

Instructor & Guide
As an instructor with us, you are responsible for educating and inspiring new and old paddlers. We follow the Swedish Canoe Association’s standards and to work as an instructor with us you must be certified by the Swedish Canoe Association and have completed at least Sea Kayak Leader 1.
The 2025 season there is the opportunity to work with:
- Evening courses at white-green level within the paddling pass.
- Company tours
- Overnight trips
- Rolling courses
- Rescue courses
- SUP courses
We are looking for people who are service-oriented, have an interest in outdoor activities and enjoy working outdoors. You should have an eye for safety and be confident in leading a group. Welcome to become part of our team and contribute to making paddling accessible and fun for everyone!
