With our locations in central Stockholm, we can offer you the very best conditions for paddling in central Stockholm and we can tailor an experience to suit you, regardless of previous experience.
Together with our experienced guides you will learn the basics of kayaking or SUP in a magical environment around Kungsholmen. During your time on the water, you will also learn more about what we see from the water as we glide along Stockholm’s waterways.
We wrap up the paddling tour with a delightful hangout on our sunny dock, before you glide on to enjoy a drink at the nearest bar or restaurant.
Do you have your own thoughts and ideas about your activity? We are happy to listen, can of course adapt and have many ideas of our own – we are great at events!
The little extra:
We cooperate with nearby restaurants and have the opportunity to arrange everything from sauna to let you make your own pizzas. Ask us and we can customize something that suits you!

Winter kayaking in Stockholm
From October, as the days grow shorter and the water gets colder, we offer you a unique experience on the water. Imagine having the entire central Stockholm waters to yourself as you glide silently in your kayak.
We take care of all safety measures and equip you with dry suits, shoes, and of course, one of our certified instructors will accompany you on the water!

What could be better than stepping into a warm sauna with a view over Riddarfjärden after a delightful paddling tour?
You can combine this package with any other, giving you access to our sauna at Eden for 1.5 hours after your paddling adventure.

Join us for a delightful paddling tour in central Stockholm with our experienced guides and instructors who will share insights about what we see and offer their best tips on how you can become a better paddler.
Kayak or SUP? You choose what you want to paddle, but we recommend that the whole group paddles the same type of vessel.

Overnight trip
Our most unique offering is our overnight tours. Join our owner Emil, who has experience from numerous expeditions and is one of Sweden’s leading kayak instructors and guides.
Together with Emil, you can tailor a tour at a suitable location in the Archipelago or on Lake Mälaren. We can arrange everything from food to accommodation, ensuring you have a truly memorable experience!

Paddling as a wellness activity for your staff
We at LEK MER | Kayak & SUP offer your employees the opportunity to kayak or SUP from our fantastic locations at Pampas Marina and Eden.
Getting out on the water with a SUP or kayak is not only a great form of exercise, it also reduces stress levels and is good for both body and mind. A perfect benefit as we all know that when we feel better we perform better.
We offer a seamless billing solution for employers looking to organize simple and enjoyable corporate activities for their staff. Some companies choose to provide their employees with a set number of paddling sessions with us. Each team member receives a unique code to book a kayak or SUP, and we invoice monthly in arrears based on how many have paddled. Other companies have regular paddling sessions one day a week, where they gather at our location to paddle together. It’s a perfect way to bring together consultants on different assignments and build a strong team spirit.
Paddling is now approved as a tax-free wellness activity. This offers you, as an employer, a great opportunity to promote a healthier lifestyle among your staff by utilizing the wellness allowance or benefit in kind.

Club Afry
The consulting company AFRY has since 2022 paddled with us every week from May to September. They have a standing reservation of 10 kayaks and offer paddling subsidized through their sports club which they call club AFRY.
We have also set up private courses for Club AFRY to help them have a safer and more enjoyable experience on the water.
