Eden or Pampas – which location should I choose?
LEK MER has two central kayak and SUP locations in Stockholm city: Eden on Kungsholmen and Pampas in Pampas Marina, Solna. Both are good choices, but they suit slightly different paddling plans.

Choose Eden if…
- You want to paddle around Kungsholmen, Långholmen or Reimersholme.
- You are staying in central Stockholm and want a classic city-water experience.
- You want to combine paddling with Smedsuddsbadet, Rålambshovsparken or nearby restaurants.
Choose Pampas if…
- You arrive by car and want simple parking.
- You want easy access to Karlbergskanalen, Lillsjön or Bällstaån.
- You prefer starting from a marina with a calm and practical launch area.

If you mainly want the easiest first paddle, choose the location closest to where you are staying. If you want parking, Pampas is usually easier. If you want the most central city feeling, Eden is usually the better fit.
