4. Bookings and confirmation
A booking is only confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation from us or our booking partner.
You are responsible for:
- providing correct contact and booking information
- checking that the booked date, time, location, and service are correct
- arriving on time and following any instructions provided before or during the activity
We may refuse or cancel a booking if necessary for safety, operational, or legal reasons.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website or in the booking flow and may be updated from time to time.
Payment terms depend on the service and booking method. If payment is required in advance, the booking may not be confirmed until payment is received.
6. Cancellations and changes
Unless otherwise stated for a specific product or booking:
- cancel at least 7 days before the activity for a full refund
- cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before the activity for a 50% refund
- cancellations less than 24 hours before the activity are normally non-refundable
We may make exceptions in cases of serious weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances we reasonably determine warrant a change.
7. Safety and participation
You must follow all safety instructions from our staff.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are fit to participate in the booked activity. You must tell us about any relevant health, skill, or safety concerns before the activity starts.
We may refuse participation if we believe there is an unsafe condition or if instructions are not followed.
8. Equipment and customer responsibility
Any rented or loaned equipment must be used carefully and only for its intended purpose.
You may be liable for damage, loss, or misuse of equipment caused by your negligence or failure to follow instructions.
9. Weather and operational changes
Outdoor activities depend on weather, water conditions, staffing, and safety requirements. We may reschedule, change, shorten, or cancel an activity if needed.
If we cancel for safety or operational reasons, we will normally offer a refund or rescheduling where appropriate.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
